ESTOPPEL & QUESTIONNAIRE

·All estoppels and Condo Questionnaire must include the billing name, property address, and unit number (if applicable). You must also include contactinformation (phone, fax, and/or email) in order for our office to return the completed form.
·If the request is received after 2:00 p.m., it will begin processing the next business day.
·All estoppels are only valid for 30 days after completion. If a revision or a new estoppel is requested for the same property after 30 days, fees will apply (no refunds).
·If the unit/home in question is in foreclosure, the certificate of title must be turned in with the estoppel/questionnaire form in order for it to be completed.
Estoppel And Questionnaire Fees Are as Follows:
·Estoppel & Quest. Up to 10 Business Days $299.00 Each
·Rush Estoppel & Quest. Up to 3 Business days $418.00 Each
·If a delinquent amount is owed to the association for the applicable unit, an additional fee of $179.00 will be charged for the Estoppel Certificate.

APPLICATION FORM FOR PURCHASE / RENT

Requirements Application for the Association of Condominiums ALL PROSPECTIVE RESIDENTS must complete an application and be approved by the Association before moving into the property.

Any APPLICANT who violates this agreement will be immediately grounds for DENIAL. The cost of the application, background check, and interview is $150.00 (not reimbursable). Legally married couples pay $150.00 for both. If the husband/wife does not have the same last name, you must provide a copy of the marriage certificate if not you are considered 2 applicants.
